You'll need a test user with
- a digital ID from one country (the home country)
- a corresponding record in the population register of the country you want to access (the host country)
To facilitate the exploration of various ID matching scenarios, we have prepared a set of Swedish test users that will match in Norway as host country, but you are free to explore outside these boundaries.
